In relation to the A gates, where your Venice flight will depart, the B/C club is quite the hike. Depending on how much luggage you are carrying and how fast you walk give yourself a good 20 to even 30 minutes if your flight is at the end of A West. The club is on the second floor of the main terminal, in between the B and C concourses above the shopping mall and food court. There is an elevator entrance where the B concourse meets the main building, and an escalator entrance about halfway between B and C near the food court. I've walked it a few times to get to my SJU flights and I never allow myself enough time to get there for first class boarding and often hear the all zones call going out as I approach. So make sure you get there nice and early to take advantage of your day pass.
