I did just that this morning, got a very fast response from him, and had the correct number of credits posted in my account a couple of hours later by one of his staff.
It's silly for someone of Craig's level to be having to deal with this sort of thing. They really need to have a social media ombudsperson who can handle these types of minor problems and forward issues to the correct AP or AC department as appropriate.
