After going to Ascot Chang in the Shangri-la and getting some shirts made, I now want to alter all of my other shirts.

I have a large neck which makes the body of the shirt huge and I would like to get them fitted. I also have one I would like the sleeves shortened.

I had one tailor shorten the sleeves on a Barneys shirt I had and when it came back, it was the exact length of my arm so when I bend my arm, the sleeves become 2 inches short and there is no way to fix it now so I can only wear it if I roll up the sleeves--which means I could have done that before I shortened the sleeves...
