I just completed a stay here this weekend. A guys trip. There were six of us so I got two rooms using rewards and one at the online rate. I wasn't upgraded on any of the rooms, so I asked if they upgrade Plat Premiers and they said no. This was frustrating because they don't have double beds, so even though I had three rooms reserved half of us slept on the coach. When asked if I wanted points or a item from the market, I said I'd take the market items. They then took me through a list of items that were ineligible. It was too complicated, I laughed and said I'd just take the points.

The elevators were very slow. We only actually used them once as we'd get frustrated and just use the stairs. I didn't have any issues with the carpet and actually found the rooms to be as clean or cleaner than other RI I've been to. The views were nice, but not amazing. As said prior, half the view is beach the other half is adjacent hotels. We didn't use the beach access as we went to bars near the hotel for the day.
