I am flying on a full fare J ticket GCM-YUL-JFK-NRT-HKG-LHR-MIA-GCM. I am flying AA metial and hopfully will use EVIP's to move to F on JFK-NRT and LHR - MIA. I am very familiar with AA F and J product but have only flown shorthaul on CX and BA.

I am trying to decide whether or not to fly BA or CX on the HKG to LHR leg. As far as I am aware they both now earn the same when it comes to miles, so it comes down to the product.
