Looking on the aerial picture on the map, I would not have expected many rooms to be facing the water as the building runs east/west. It is 'on the water' as the only thing between the Gulf and the building are dunes and the beach. I have thought about this location for a weekend staycation. Sounds like it could be hit or miss.
