Does anyone have the email address of the concierge at this property? We are visiting in April and I wanted to inquire about a few things ahead of time

On that note has anyone been diving from this property? From what I understand it is a little north of Playa del Carmen so presumably need to take transport down to PdC and then boat out to reefs or even as far as Cozumel. Anybody with feedback on diving and any good operators?
