My view is the OP didn't get what was paid for, which is supposed to be guaranteed, so yes the OP was walked. The rules of engagement for being walked should apply.

I am disappointed for the OP - the SWHP is a lovely property, and generally gives really good treatment to Plats in my experience.

Seems to me the property somehow over-sold, mis-managed the booking, or otherwise made a mistake. The OP should not have to be inconvienced for the property's mistake.
