They have a turn-down service for every room (not only the club rooms or suites). Breakfast is free only at the club, except if you booked a rate which includes breakfast. I'm not sure of opening hours but I believe breakfast is typically served from 7 to 10 and happy hour (free cocktails) is from 5 to 7 pm.
The closest skytrain station is Chong Nonsi, approx 300 m as you said.
