Ahh, noisy in a 'there are lots of people having a good time' way or in a 'it's two o'clock in the morning and I haven't slept yet' way?

Haha, they seem to be- suggestions are welcome though!
There are of course hotels such as 'Hotel Vendome' but I don't really want anything that is more than half an hour away from the Eiffel tower (what with it being Bastille day and the metro practically being inaccessible.)
