Forgive me because sometimes I have a similar mental lapse with some trivial things.. but I can imagine that some new travellers not used to the seat buckles having trouble with the simplest standard things.

For example, I just redeemed Priority GE points with some help from FTers.. a simple thing, but did not know how to get the point specials redemption that hotels offer sometimes.. so as a result got 4 nights free instead of just 1 night free.
