For our July stay, we were originally in a deluxe room in the towers with river view, laundry and breakfast. Starwood told us they will upgrade us(1000 pts?)to a Jr Suite. When I asked if we get the the tower, the view, laundry and breakfast in the Jr Suite---they said they didn't know. I know there are many of you who have stayed there, so I told them I'd ask people who do know--you. Thanks in advance.
