Alternately if you decide to stay at an HND area hotel, the park finishes at 10pm, if you catch the trains (with connections) around 10:30-11pm you can still make it back to the Haneda Airport area by train.
You'll have to take the Disneyland Monorail --> Maihama Station (JR Keiyo Line to ShinKiba) -->ShinKiba (Rinkai Line to Tennozu Isle)-->Tennozu Isle (TokyoMonorail to Haneda Airport). Then catch a shuttlebus/taxi to the HND area hotel.
The transfers at Maihama, ShinKiba and Tennozu Isle are not difficult and you won't be hauling any luggage with you. You'll be back at the HND hotel and ready to roll the next morning to the airport.
