Whats getting ridiculous is that fares are cheaper going overseas than it is to travel within Canada.

eg YVR-YUL is around $1100 return on the cheapest published fare (not ac.com). And YVR-FRA-AMS-FRA-YUL (stop)-YVR comes out around the same price eg $1300.
