Saying GGL will get you nothing, except for a specialized helpdesk tells me opinions are being voiced, not facts. It's a rather sweeping statement to make. The facts are one gets quite a lot more than a specialized helpdesk.

Of course everyone is entitled to an opinion. However, perhaps those speaking from actual experience should provide the facts. @:-)
