eUpgrade Seat Selection not Working

Tonight I was cleared for a waitlisted eUpgrade, but without any seat assignment. Seat assignment was not available looking at the "single booking" page for that reservation, and when using the "select seat" on the "manage upgrade" page, no amount of clicking (either on iPad or regular laptop) would do anything. It's weird.
