You have to hit 3000 TPs in two consecutive years. The date you hit the 3000 TPs the second time is anniversary date. It doesn't show on your BAEC page.

In 2007 I hit Silver very quickly ( August I believe started travelling a lot in June/July) and reset, then Gold in December and reset. I hit 3000TP in November of 2008, and made 3000 TP by September of 2009 and that was when I joined GGL, I retained GGL last year getting over 3000TPs by November
