Under "Class Paid/Flown" it says: C/C

What does that mean? And the DL flights on DL flights say "fare basis not eligible for mileage credit" but the DL flight from AMS said "Operating Carrier: KLM Royal Dutch Airlines".

I'll check the BP when I get home.
