Does this property get busy around the Easter week? Didnt realise when I booked that it was around Easter holiday time...oops!

I would really like to see an Ocean Front suite at least once at this property

. Have had 3 stays here in the past.

Does this hotel allow for a later than usual check out (perhaps by paying a fee)? I have a late night departure.
