Hi all,

I'm currently trying to get a seat on LA 800 SYD-AKL on Apr 22 in Business class. Lan.com doesn't let me book it (no availability), it claims to have seats in Economy though.

I went into EF and the flight shows:

J0 D0 I0 Y7 B0 H0 K0 M0 L0 V0 S0 N0 Q0 O0 G0 X0

Interestingly enough, QF 321 (which is the QF codeshare) has:

J6 C4 D4 I5 U0 Y9 B9 H9 K9 M8 L4 V0 S0 N0 Q0 O0 G0 X0 E0

I could even book the flight in Business or Economy on Qantas.com, but for a much higher fare (obviously).

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but can anyone shed any light on this? Is this due to QF having taken over a certain capacity on the flight and now LAN's "own" seats have run out?
