I searched to try to find any threads on this but could not find anything. Our corporate travel booked me on LAS-MSP-AMS-BHX, KLM flights but LAS-MSP-AMS is DL metal (later found out that with DL flight numbers the cost was $1K higher). I checked the web site and see eligible on "Delta and certain Delta-designated codeshare flights"; I had thought that being a KLM codeshare it would work out. I was surprised my itinerary showed Not Eligible for Upgrade on the LAS-MSP leg. I called and sure enough if it is a KLM flight number on DL metal complimentary U/Gs don't apply. Not a complaint, just an observation and education to share.
