Log into your account, click 'My Rapid Rewards', and your status towards earning a CP or A-List will be displayed. Be aware that credits and points displayed in these trackers are only as of March 1. Southwest is working to fix this problem by either displaying the correct status inside one's account on the website or by giving customers status updates in their monthly RR email updates.
