As a general rule of thumb, if you are paying the hotel directly for a stay that is a very good indication that it will be eligible for credit.

If you are prepaying to a third party, stays are never eligible for credit.

The only prepaid stays that are eligible are the ones sold directly by Hyatt reservations and on hyatt.com, as in this case the property itself is directly charging your credit card (no third party is involved)
