Likewise, FlyingDiver. I actually wanted to use my United card while on work travel instead of my work card, but the work card only has 1% FTF while Chase charges me 3%. I tried to offer them extra revenue -- I'll use my personal card instead if you'll lower the fee to 1% -- but they said the only card that offered no fee was the Access card. I don't particularly need a $375 annual fee in exchange though...

This was about a week ago now. So if any other card has lowered fees, it's news.

edit - that said, the MP Visa chart says they all charge a 3% FTF, so I can't confirm even the Acces card is free to use overseas.
