A MP VISA customer reported to some correspondents a mid-February note saying that the MP VISA card (forget which specific) no longer charges for international transactions.

I've not received such a note, is this a targeted feature?

I've been pondering Hyatt's Chase card, attractive because they do not charge for int'l transactions.

So what have the rest of you read/heard/know?
