I have an upcoming 4 nights cash and points redemption, for which I (plat) and gf (no status) will be arriving on separate flights from different countries. I was wondering what will happen if she arrives as planned but my flight is cancelled - would they allow her to stay in the room until I arrive the following day with my CC as guarantee which they have from the booking, or would they kick her out on to the street because she is not the Plat holder who made the booking and then charge me for a no show?
