MIJE - I've stayed in the dorms at two locations on three trips and will go back again, but they also have single rooms. Great locations, lovely old clean, updated old buildings. I do sometimes upgrade to single rooms at hostels (I'm just not into mixed or super-large dorms anymore), but the MIJE dorms are so great I don't bother.
