Many thanks. Not sure about the part of the plan where they lure back Platinum Frequent Flyers with gifts and upgrades. I've been a member of their ff program for 10 years. Never had a gift and recieved my first upgrade over Xmas. I worked out I'd taken something like 600 flights and never had an upgrade. For a while there I was pretty sure I held the world record for the worlds most unupgraded flyer
