Because non-mandarin speaking people don't recline all the way for no good reason? I don't think so... So, yeah, that is only your imagination. Besides, i don't think that is inconsiderate, the person sitting in front of you is entitled to recline all the way for no good reason (except during meal service)... they did pay for that seat didn't they?
