A few weeks ago I saw a thread where someone mentioned that 18-20 year-old *G members can now access President's Clubs as part of the integration with UA. The thread mentioned a memo that went out to PC agents about the change.

I searched but could not find this thread. Are there any updates on this situation or a link to the memo?
