What's odd about yours, other than the missing (?) Econ segment, is that First is "Confirmed" and "Pending". This does not look right. Having a seat assigned (on a 752?) is a good thing. If it was missing the "Pending" part I'd say you were golden (I've been cleared into NF by a UA agent far in advance of the 3 day mark).

This response is not correct.

There is one segment for UA with Upgrade: Pending while you're outside the upgrade window.

When you're inside the upgrade window, it will change to First and Upgrade: Confirmed. If it does not, then you will see two (2) segments -- the Economy segment and the Upgrade: Waitlisted segment.
