There should be two rows for each UA flight (unless the upgrade clears): one economy and the other NF (note: this is only within the UDU window: thanks channa).
What's odd about yours is that First is "Confirmed" and "Pending". This does not look right. Having a seat assigned (on a 752?) is a good thing. If it was missing the "Pending" part I'd say you were golden (I've been cleared into NF by a UA agent far in advance of the 3 day mark).
What do you see on CO.com?
