I flew IAD-ZRH this past Saturday and I cleared into C. Long story short, I was supposed to fly MIA-EWR-MXP but I was re-routed due to a weather waiver.

I was re-routed to MIA-MCO-IAD-FRA-MXP. UA 916 was delayed at IAD due to IFE malfunction and the RCC agent was looking through her system for a NC space available and found one for me on IAD-ZRH. ^
