Don't give up so easily. Did you tell LH the exact flights you found? If they type TAS-HNL into their software, they also get no returns, just like you when using the ANA tool. You must tell them each and every segment individually. A good M&M agent would know this but the majority won't.
I don't know what software do M&M agents use, so I don't know what options are possible and what are not.
Do you want to say that I can find these 6 legs in ANA and tell the particular flight numbers to M&M agent?
