Good to hear that there is an actual phone number. With my immediate need passed, I'll just wait for the program packet.

I'm with you on being extra nice to the SWA phone CSRs. With the massive call volume, program confusion, and long phone hold times, they do need a few understanding callers. That's why I just accepted their answer, even though I thought it was wrong, and posted the question here
