I got the new A+ phone number by calling the old RR customer service # right at the 7:00 CDT opening time on Wednesday and asking for it. Took the CSA a while to dig it up while I was put on hold, but she did find it for me. Let's all be kind to the SWA employees on the front line, they are trying to do their job and it's not their fault GK and his IT bunch screwed the pooch.
Bring back Herb and Colleen!
