Been on hold via the old priority phone number for over 55 minutes, nothing but on-hold music.

But for those of you thinking about shorting the stock, here's a nugget to consider: you vastly underestimate Gary Kelly's cleverness. See, he has figured out it is vastly more profitable to hire an incompetent IT contractor and then sue them for lost revenue than it is to sell airline tickets to folks who want to travel. When you actually sell folks airline tickets, you incur all the unpleasantness that goes with actually having to transport them around the country!
