There is an A-List Preferred phone number, but you have to call Southwest to get it. @:-)

I finally got through to the normal 800 number, added the pet, and asked the agent about the A+ number. After a long hold while she asked the supervisor, she said that there isn't a separate number. In the phone tree of the regular number, it should ask for RR number and route A+ from there. I was never asked for RR # in the tree before getting an agent.
I don't really think this is right and hope the A+ welcome kit has an actual number in it.
