On Monday, I booked 5 nights in a Barlow double at the new St. Pancras for £149 a night - 3/30-4/4. Seems to be an unbelievably good rate - even if only a percentage of the facilities are open - read a couple of articles that said the best "grand opening" rate was £188. Not sure if I will be able to go since I still haven't purchased my flight to London yet, but since I can cancel up to the day of departure, I'm taking a gamble. Will post photos and a trip report if I end up going.

(Sharon - thanks for the good wishes you made for my father's recovery in the London Marriott hotels thread - he comes home from the hospital tomorrow. Trip to St Pancras depends on his progress =)
