I have spent way too much time in the lounges in Mumbai, and they are all pretty bad, the exception being BA. The Clipper lounge is small, and very cramped in the evening. If you have 7 hours, I highly suggest you get a day room at the Intercontinental or at any of the good hotels around the airport.
