By that I mean you may get a good person who can help, or you may get a dud who canot help.
It's all about the agent. In fact, I have recently had two A++ experiences. On the latest one, the agent went out of her way to offer personal help, giving me her full name, email address and extension.
Now, whenever I call, I just say "can you connect me to xxxx?" What a wonderful process!
