The trick to research this is using the ANA tool. But you have to look for each segment individually. So you must look for TAS-ICN, then ICN/GMP-NRT/HND and then NRT/HND-HNL (NH and UA for that route).

So for example, 19th September has seats TAS-INC on OZ in C. Then 20th September has seats ICN-NRT on UA in C. And then onwards NRT-HNL on NH but only in Y at the moment.

The ANA tool might give you result for searches with one stop (searching for ICN-HNL for example gives results) but with two stops it doesn't work at all. Even with one stop you are better off searching for individual segments.
