ouch. that is my number one peeve with a hotel. you'd figure they would have wake up calls down pat by now.
warning on st. regis rome: bring your own alarm clock. two trips ago the hotel missed 3/5 wake up calls. the second trip they were 100%, but you better believe i had back-up.
