Y'know, I have to say this. I realize people hate this hotel, but I've stayed there a few time, and have NEVER had a bad experience. Not once. No noisy kids, always upgraded (for reasons dealing with everyone else crowding into the Rittenhouse), etc.

It ain't my favorite *wood, but I have never had the horror story experience that others apparently have.

I'm not contesting anyone else's views/experience, just stating mine. Of course, now I have invoked Doom on myself for my upcoming stay there in a month.
