The Sheraton Laguna is definitely one of the best resort style hotels in Bali. I personally think that it is a tad bit better than the Ritz-Carlton. I totally enjoyed my stays there and the staff is definitely the factor that makes the difference. They will definitely pounce on you (not literally) when you show that facial expression of being puzzled.

Nothing will make me want to go to Nusa Indah when staying at the Laguna except for the fact that there is a nice Japanese restaurant in Nusa Indah.
