I second Gaucho on this one. I've got the NI booked for Christmas as a back-up plan right now (the rate difference is like 1:3) but plan to stay at the LND.

True, the properties are adjacent and have reciprocal privileges... but after laying out at the LND pool for the afternoon, walking down the way to the NI is the last thing I would want to do.

The butler service is amazing... I had tea in bed every morning, water brought up in the afternoons, turn down service... the staff even folded my clothes for me when I would come in to change for the evening. At the end of the week there, all of the staff knew me and addressed me by name.

This place has definitely earned the perfect 100 that Conde Nast gave it for service.
