The really bright spot is that you can now book CP right from your upcoming flights page. In fact, there is a button on the right side to book the CP at the same time you are booking the flight! A small favor in an otherwise messy rollout. It took about 5 minutes for the flight to show up under my itineraries but when it did it was click through to the payment page already filled out! Good job here guys.

IUN. I am finally being able to log into my account without difficulty, but every time I have logged in, the "upcoming trips" section says "We are currently unable to display your upcoming trips. Please try again later." [
ftnoob: the url for this is http://www.southwest.com/account/travel/upcoming-trips?ss=0 ]. Even when I am at my Snapshot page, the upcoming trips section says the same thing. So I guess I either have to wait to get this fixed or call to book my next CP use.
