There's a Total on-airport in the Cargo area (corner of Handelskade and Westlijke Randweg). I used to always approach from Schiphol Rijk, so don't really know the way from the A4, but you should be able to make it out on the map!

If you want cheaper off-airport fuel, there's one round on Fokkerweg in Oude Meer, as well as a tiny, manual one on the service road by the Hoofddorp/Aalsmeer turn-off.
