"Some Aeroplan Super Elite members have recently expressed concerns that they were not able to make use of the concierge service at Toronto because of unavailability of concierge agents.  In response to the feedback from our very best customers, Air Canada has instituted changes to the concierge program which will ensure fair and consistent service for all its Super Elite members.
