Sadly, no it is not a training course. On the 29th I was passing through YYZ enroute to YVR from YUL. Ran into one of my favourite concierges: she told me of the "really shortsighted" situation of the YYZ concierges being "temporarily reassigned" to other duties as "there aren't enough SEs coming through the airport". Guess those of us who were going through don't count

She did say this was a decision of AC YYZ management and NOT Dorval! I was encouraged to call/write/email AC in YUL to voice displeasure with this unilateral move on part of YYZ AC management.
